We would love to help but we're unable to update shipping addresses once an order has been shipped. We advice you to contact your shipping carrier (tracking details provided when the item is ready to ship) and requesting that your mail be held or rerouted, if that is an option. Unfortunately, we cannot control or guarantee this service.
That can be so frustrating. Once your item(s) are shipped, we are not liable for anything being lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting the shipping carrier or our team for more information.
We offer items for purchase before they’re in stock to avoid overproduction. If an item is listed as “pre-order,” it means that we haven’t received it into our warehouse yet. As soon as we receive it, we will ship it out to you quickly.
Please note: if any part of your order contains a pre-order item, we will wait until your entire order is available to ship before we send it out to you. The estimated ship time should be listed on each product page (when available for pre-order).
We are so sorry but once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes at the moment, including address changes, item changes, or cancelation requests.
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express as well as most international debit cards. We also accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Split payments in any form are not allowed.
If you have a promotional code to use, you can input that at checkout, in the box labeled "Discount code". If you receive an error message and the discount it not applied to the order, please feel free to reach out to us email@example.com.
Pre-orders are the antidote to fast fashion culture, helping to avoid deadstock and encourage a slower way of enjoying fashion.
It's quite hard to predict demand sometimes, so this removes any potential wastage if we forecast these incorrectly. It may be a bummer to wait a couple more days for something you really like, we get it, but think of it that way: as we all want to do better on our path towards sustainability, we can start enjoying the delayed gratification; Especially if it allows us to keep manufacturing local, too.
Returns & Exchanges
Sure you can. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as the order number.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. That is why we strongly recommend getting insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
You have 28 days from receiving your order to create your exchange.
Exchanges can be made only for different sizes of the same item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style please request a refund following the process described here and purchase the new style in a separate order, to make sure you get exactly what you want.
If you do want to exchange an item for a different size or colour you have 28 days from when you received your parcel. Simply post it to our returns address, with a note on the invoice of the new item you’d like and also email us the information on your note.
We’ll do the exchange when your item reaches us – don’t worry; you won’t need to pay postage again. Please note that all exchanges are sent via our Standard Delivery service.
SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded or exchanged
Your exchange order will be placed once you’ve submitted your request and should arrive within 7-14 business days, from the day your order is processed and shipped - depending on where you're located and on customs, where applicable.

Wool garments are naturally antibacterial and do not retain dirt or odours quickly, so you do not need to wash this garment frequently. We recommend dry cleaning the sweaters/cardigans you don't wear on heavy rotation twice a season - in the beginning of the season and toward the end of the season. We also recommend storing each garment flat, folded nicely, in a protective bag when not wearing it.
Washing or dry cleaning after every wear isn't good for the yarns - or for our planet. We recommend:
