Exchanges and Returns

 

If something is not quite right, email contact@narroclothing.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 15 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an NARRO giftcard which will be send on your email.

 

Are returns and exchanges free?

Yes! Please email to contact@narroclothing.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

 

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

To expedite your return or exchange process, please email us as soon as you can with your order #, the item you wish to return or exchange, and feedback regarding why the item is not quite the right fit. We value all customer feedback.

 

Returns conditions

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items.

 

Refunds

The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
