You can check the status of your order at any time in My orders in the My account section.

What is more, when your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an email confirmation with expected delivery dates and your unique order number attached.

You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to exchange your item for another size or request a refund.

We recommend sending the package by registered mail and please keep a copy of your receipt as proof until this process has been completed.

At the moment, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because we start preparing your order once you have confirmed checkout and payment on the website.

If you change your mind, you can return your garments once you have received your order (within 30 days).

When you arrive at the order summary, click on ‘Have a coupon? CLICK HERE TO ENTER YOUR CODE

Next, simply enter your coupon code to use the discount. Once the coupon has been added the discounted price will be displayed in the “total amount to pay” section.

Enter your home or work address when making your purchase and we will send the order to the address of your choice.

Delivery costs vary according to each order and location:

For UK – Next Day Delivery | 10£

For International – 3 working days | 20£

CASH ON DELIVERY

For now we only accept the cash on delivery payment method.

In such cases, we will require your bank account details in order to make the refund. To provide them, please send us an email with your account. Once we receive this information, we will process the refund. Remember, the account number must belong to a bank in the country in which the order was delivered.

Yes! Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email Customer Services and we will track the order on your behalf.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If, for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

The item(s) that you ordered may no longer be available. If an item in your order is unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation.  If your order contains additional items they will be shipped to you without the unavailable item.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future newsletters from us, we include simple and detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each newsletter.
