How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are being shipped out within 24 hours of when they are placed, excepting pre-ordered items, however, exceptions may occur during sales periods and holidays.


How can I track the status of my order?

You can check the status of the order by accessing the carrier's website. Once the order ships out, a tracking number will be assigned and sent to you via email.

You can shop online in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Delivery costs will vary according to each order and location:

Romania:

Free delivery on orders over 100€ | 3-7 working days
5€ on orders below 100€ | 3-7 working days

International:

Free delivery on orders over 200€ | 3-7 working days
15 euro on orders bellow 200€ | 3-7 working days


Please note: during sale periods, promotions and holidays the delivery time may be longer than normal.



CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We are unable to make changes on an existing order. The system won't allow us to modify details such as color, size, style or shipping address once an order is placed.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PARCEL IS LOST/STOLEN?
That can be so frustrating. Once your item(s) are shipped, we are not liable for anything being lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting the shipping carrier or our team for more information. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER OR BACKORDER, AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We offer items for purchase before they’re in stock to avoid unnecessary overproduction. If an item is listed as “pre-order,” it means that we haven’t received it into our warehouse yet. As soon as we receive it, we will ship it out to you quickly. Please note: if any part of your order contains a pre-ordered item, we will wait until your entire order is available to ship before we send it out to you. The estimated ship time should be listed on each product page (when available for pre-order).

RETURNS
We accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 14 days of delivery, with the original packaging / tags attached. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Any item that is not in original condition, worn, washed, damaged (including but not limited to dog/cat hair, deodorant or food stains, etc.) or missing parts not due to our error, and any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will be considered a non-returnable item.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards may be purchased and used online.
